We had such an amazing time staying at this place! The location was perfect, being near some great bars and restaurants. The service was impeccable, with room service and a warm welcome drink upon arrival. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing assistance with tours and tickets. The hotel was recently refurbished and it looked absolutely beautiful. The attention to detail was outstanding, making our stay a blast during the Christmas season. The staff were professional, caring, and polite, adding a personal touch to our experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to Centro Botin and Puerto Chico, and we found some amazing small restaurants and bars nearby. The terrace and bar were also great additions to the hotel, providing a nice space to relax and enjoy a drink.
The breakfast room was a bit small and lacked the same design as the rest of the hotel and rooms. It felt a bit sterile in comparison.
